Welcome to our new President Jennifer Trouerbach-Kraan from Leiden, The Netherlands.
At the Nurses Forum at the EHC in Lisbon I announced that IFHN has a new President.
Jennifer has been pointed out according to the constitution of IFHN.
I have worked with Jennifer in the Board since IFHN was established in 2012. She and the rest of the board have been my very good co-workers in the past years, were IFHN was to find its feet.
I look back and see how IFHN has developed through the years, and we find ourselves as a solid group of international headache nurses now, though still with plenty of room to welcoming more members.
We are part of headache congresses with focus on nurses’ work with headache patients as well as on the multidisciplinary approach to patients. Moreover, our local meetings outside congress are also a developing part of our work inspiring each other when sharing experiences and research.
Next local meeting is to be held in Oslo on 28th and 29th May 26 with Jennifer in the lead and with plans of taking IFHN even further. So please save the dates!
